Anybody rarely becomes disappointed buying a book from GreenBazzar. But no one is above mistakes, so we also can
make mistakes to run this huge process. For example, we can send the wrong book
or the wrong product from the publisher/brand without checking. In that
case, GreenBazzar has the benefit
of return, so the relationship between GreenBazzar and the customer's trust remains intact. Through return, the
customer will be able to get the fresh product by sending it back to the GreenBazzar if there is any problem
with the product.
Return and replacement policy
# Which defects will be acceptable in case of a defective product?
1. Missing page
2. Wrong product delivery
3. Missing product
4. Missing order bill (keeping price low/high)
5. Cover and book from two separate books
6. Product Quality Problems (printing problems),
7. Physically damaged product
8. Keep more than the set price
# Within how many days can customers return the product?
If there is any defect in the product, this should be reported in the GreenBazzar with details within 3 days
of receiving it. After 3 days, the Ghuri
Fly will not be obliged to return.
# How soon will the customer receive the new product?
Delivery will be arranged within 7-10 days after checking whether there is any
defect in the product. The customer will be contacted on behalf of GreenBazzar in case of any need.
# How many days will the customer get a refund after returning the
defective product?
In case of pre-payment, the book will be refunded within 10 working days of
returning the product.
# How and through which can customers inform of Happy Return?
You have to lodge a detailed complaint at the inbox of the Facebook page GreenBazzar or on the
hotline 01880-447820 on the GreenBazzar website, or email taatshilpo39@gmail.com. A quick
solution can be found by sending the problem of the product along with the
picture. That means the taatshilpo39@gmail.com will send a fresh copy to the customer. Returns policy.
